The Responsibilites:

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and build a competitive, reliable global supplier base aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.
Ensure timely supply of high-quality raw materials at optimal cost and efficiency.
Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across procurement activities.
Monitor market trends, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Act as a business partner who delivers measurable impact and supports the Group’s transformational journey.

The Requirements:

5–10 years of progressive experience in international procurement, ideally within chemicals or raw materials sourcing across Europe and globally.
Degree in Chemical Engineering (essential to understand the technical aspects of the chemical categories).
Solid expertise in sourcing raw materials in any of the industries (metallurgy, chemical industry, paints and coatings, construction, pyrotechnics, or additive manufacturing)
Personality and cultural fit are key: fast-thinking, agile, persistent, hands-on, proactive, resilient, and impact-driven.
Excellent proficiency in English, Polish and German.

The Location:

Cracow (ideally) or remotely from Poland
