As part of its next stage of development, the Company is seeking a business leader who will define a new growth strategy, strengthen its market position, and lead the business through its next phase of expansion.


The Responsibilites:

  • Define and execute the Company's long-term business growth strategy while ensuring sustainable profitability
  • Drive commercial development through the acquisition of new investment projects and the expansion of long-term client and partner relationships
  • Lead the diversification of the Company's product and service portfolio in response to evolving market needs
  • Build a high-performing organization focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business development
  • Act as the driving force behind the Company's transformation, strengthening its competitive position and creating long-term value for shareholders


The Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience within the construction industry, ideally gained in organizations delivering complex investment projects
  • Proven ability to combine operational management with commercial leadership in project-based businesses
  • Strong exposure to both project execution and business development, with a successful track record of winning and delivering complex projects
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-lasting business relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to independently define business direction while delivering ambitious growth objectives
  • Excellent command of English and native Polish
