The Role

  • Lead and develop the field sales team: motivate, coach, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious sales goals while managing organizational change effectively.
  • Drive operational excellence: improve processes and standards at points of sale to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Manage sales performance and collaboration: monitor results, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director for Poland, providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations.


The Requirements

  • Extensive background in field sales gained within international companies, ideally in consumer goods.
  • Proven ability in managing and guiding teams, fostering engagement, motivation, and high performance
  • Proven experience in navigating change, shaping and delivering organizational transformation, while aligning structures, processes and strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives.
  • High level of personal drive and charisma, strong interpersonal skills, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in an international setting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Very good command of English.
