The Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute forward-looking procurement strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials, products, and services.
• Oversee all procurement domains – direct and indirect spend, logistics, and procurement intelligence – aligning them with evolving business priorities.
• Build and nurture strong supplier partnerships, driving continuous improvement in delivery performance, quality, sustainability, and risk management.
• Lead strategic negotiations and supplier agreements to secure optimal commercial terms and long-term value creation.
• Harness market insights and data-driven analysis to support agile decision-making and elevate procurement performance across the region.
• Champion process excellence across end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Group policies.

The Requirements:

• Proven success in a senior procurement leadership role within a global, results-driven organization.
• Ability to lead effectively in a complex, fast-changing, multicultural context, with strong experience working across diverse geographies, including Emerging markets.
• Agile, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while staying focused on strategic objectives.
• Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive, hands-on approach to achieving business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with deep knowledge of market dynamics, cost drivers, and risk management.
