As part of a planned succession, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Sales Officer (f/m/d) to lead the global sales function and further expand the company's international footprint.

Global Sales Leadership in a Leading International Cosmetics Company
The Role:

  • Global responsibility for all sales operations across Europe, the Americas and APAC, leading a team of approx. 65 employees
  • Member of the Executive Committee with full commercial accountability and direct reporting line to the CEO
  • Development and implementation of an integrated and scalable global sales strategy, aligned with innovation and growth goals
  • Strengthening of strategic customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service excellence and solution orientation
  • Identification of new business opportunities and market segments, including innovative product categories
  • Modern leadership of an international sales team, with emphasis on empowerment, development and accountability
  • Introduction and tracking of performance KPIs and strategic sales pipelines
  • Active representation of the company at major industry events and with key clients globally

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, ideally with a focus on Sales, Marketing or International Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in international sales roles within complex, matrix-driven organizations
  • Industry background in cosmetics, beauty, or related premium consumer goods sectors (e.g. packaging, ingredients, personal care)
  • Demonstrated success in strategic B2B sales with complex, customer-specific solutions in an international context
  • Experience in APAC markets is a strong asset
  • Fluent English required; German language skills are an advantage
