We are seeking a highly qualified personality for the newly created role of Global Human Resources as a strategic partner to and as a member of the management team, who will assume full HR responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. This involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and practices across all subsidiaries to support the company’s growth and objectives.
Vice President Global Human Resources
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Global HR management, leading teams across HQ and all local subsidiaries
• Contribution to company strategy as an Executive Team member
• Collaboration with managers and their teams to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies and objectives
• Creation of a common understanding of leadership and practiced values in the HR team
• Development and continuous optimization of an effective working mode in a global matrix organization
• Identification of relevant and sustainable new organizational models
• Design, establishment and management of strategic talent and leadership management
• Identification of training needs and implementation of training programs
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Employer branding and creation of a strong employer brand
• Expansion of strategic HR marketing in the context of current social changes
• Development and implementation of performance management systems
• Introduction of new working methods and models that promote collaboration and productivity
• Optimization and harmonization of HR processes, structures and roles to support international growth

Profile:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global organization
• Background within a technologically advanced B2B-company, bringing relevant experience in a forward-thinking environment
• Proven experience in holistically managing and developing HR departments
• Degree in business administration, personnel management, psychology or a related field
• Additional qualifications or certifications in coaching and/or organizational development are an advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work successfully with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset to evaluate and adapt business models and processes
• Experience with a data-driven approach to analyze and improve HR using the OKR method
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to drive employee engagement and wellbeing
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic global environment
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (internationally)
