Plant Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director Poland and will oversee the advancement of the company’s plant operations locally, ensuring alignment with the Company's overall strategic objectives.
Plant Operations Manager
The Company:
International chemical processing company, with employment of 50-100 people in a local plant in Poland.
The Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the departments of Production, Technology, and Maintenance
- Engaging with key stakeholders at both local and international levels
- Preparing and executing the operational budget
- Driving the adoption and execution of Lean Management
- Executing operational strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated, monitored, and aligned with the Group’s strategic and annual plans
- Tracking initiatives aimed at improving core operational KPIs
- Leading teams by promoting motivation, cohesion, continuous development, and a collaborative work environment
The Requirements:
- Ideally a chemical engineer by education
- Proven experience in a comparable role with similar responsibilities, preferably within the material processing companies, where physical or chemical processes occur
- A strong background in leading teams within chemical hazardous production environments
- Solid expertise in change management and optimizing processes
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Polish at a fluent level
