Our client is a leading international company in the field of composite materials with several locations worldwide. The display division covers all products used in digital and screen printing, trade fair, shop, and interior design, shop design, photomounting, signage, POS/POP displays, furniture construction, and many other areas of application.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Product Management & Marketing Display Europe (m/f/x) to strategically drive the growth agenda of the Display business unit. In this role, you will have full responsibility for the European product portfolio, define the innovation and product development strategy, and ensure that the portfolio is market-driven, profitable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the European product strategy for the display business across the full portfolio of plastic, paper, and composite panels, including the structured development and management of a focused product portfolio for strategic vertical markets
  • Lead long-term portfolio and lifecycle planning, covering material transitions, product harmonization, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions, based on continuous market, competitive, and performance analysis
  • Develop and manage a market-driven innovation and product development roadmap, translating customer needs into concrete product and application solutions in close collaboration with R&D
  • Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging vertical markets, with a clear focus on market demand (“market pull”)
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches, as well as the development of integrated marketing and communication initiatives across the full marketing mix
  • Provide professional product support and sales enablement, delivering tools, content, and training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Own the financial performance of the product lines, including pricing and margin management, cost optimization, business case development, and the definition of multi-year growth strategies
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the product management and marketing team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
  • Support key account management by providing deep technical expertise and market insights to drive customer success


Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Science, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in strategic product management, portfolio management, or innovation management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience in pricing, business case development, and portfolio steering
  • Confident and inspiring leadership personality with a track record in building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and a high level of market and customer empathy
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel within Europe
