Your responsibilities:

In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead the Finance & Performance Management division and make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of the company’s financial steering and processes.

· Lead and further develop the Finance & Performance Management team, overseeing planning, forecasting, reporting, and controlling

· Manage and optimize financial processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

· Enhance the performance management framework, including the design and implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools

· Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance function

· Partner closely with the CFO on both strategic and operational financial management topics

· Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, Group Finance, and other key stakeholders across the organization

· Contribute to group-wide initiatives on systems, data management, and process optimization

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage

· Several years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Performance Management, ideally within insurance or a similarly regulated industry

· Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and closing under IFRS

· Strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and performance optimization

· Experience in digitalizing and automating financial processes

· Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong implementation skills

· Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
