The Responsibilites:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and build a competitive, reliable global supplier base aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.
  • Ensure timely supply of high-quality raw materials at optimal cost and efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across procurement activities.
  • Monitor market trends, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and sustainable growth.
  • Act as a business partner who delivers measurable impact and supports the Group’s transformational journey.


The Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in international procurement, with a proven track record in sourcing raw materials across Europe and globally.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering – essential to understand the technical aspects of the category.
  • Solid expertise in sourcing raw materials in any of the industries (metallurgy, chemical industry, paints and coatings, construction, pyrotechnics, or additive manufacturing)
  • Excellent English and personality and cultural fit are key: fast-thinking, agile, persistent, hands-on, proactive, resilient, and impact-driven.
