The Role
The CEO for Poland will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the company’s success in the Polish market through a targeted acquisition-driven growth strategy. The role will focus on identifying, evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisitions while ensuring strong operational performance and sustainable profitability across the portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution capabilities, commercial acumen, and operational discipline to accelerate growth and create market leadership. Acting as the key driver of expansion in Poland, the Country CEO will be responsible for delivering measurable business results, optimizing acquired companies, and building a high-performance organization. This position requires a highly driven and dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong ownership mentality, and consistently delivers results under ambitious growth objectives.
The Requirements
- Extensive business leadership experience gained within entrepreneurial international organizations, ideally in any technical and/or engineering services industries
- Proven track record in organizational build-up, establishing, scaling, and leading business operations in dynamic environments
- Experience with full P&L ownership in multi-entity business structures, combined with strong operational and commercial management capabilities
- Prior exposure to business growth strategy based on extensive M&A processes, including identifying acquisition opportunities, supporting transaction execution, organizational transformation, change management, and building teams
- Strong commercial and strategic management experience, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute ambitious business plans
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics combined with the ability to operate effectively within an international business environment and matrix organization structures
