An international leader in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) market with strong presence across Europe, is looking for 

Regional Sales Director Central Europe (Personal Protective Equipment market)

  • Leading all sales and marketing activities and managing overall sales channels for the Company (executed mainly in DACH market and Central Europe)
  • Creating an effective sales strategy based on long-term business goals of the Company
  • Development and implementation of the sales budget, with full responsibility for the regional sales and its P&L
  • Strongly contributing to short- and long-term product, market, marketing and communication strategies
  • Constant overlooking of competitive markets as well as an ongoing analysis of reports on the company's situation, its products, competitors, market development, current and potential customers, and preparing recommendations for the Management
  • Leadership and business development of new market segments for the Company, being in charge of establishing high-level relationships with the selected clients, in particular industrial clients 
  • Active supervision and development of existing distribution channels
  • Closely cooperating with other departments to improve and enhance sales processes
  • Full responsibility for subordinate sales, customer service and marketing teams; determining the scope of activities, duties and responsibilities of managers of subordinate divisions and reports and team development
  • Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with both internal and external clients
  • Continuous improvement of the existing processes and procedures in order to meet the current and future needs of clients


  • Higher education in the relevant area
  • Experience in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) market, with sales experience and professional network from Germany and/or Central Europe
  • A proven track record of successes in the sales/business leadership role from a producer or a distributor of personal protective equipment
  • At least a few years’ of residence in Germany with an excellent understanding of the local business culture, market structure and relevant networks
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing on the international markets
  • Experience in introducing new and innovative products to the market, maintaining relationships with the existing clients and building relationships with the new ones
  • Interest in and openness to innovative products and technologies, with experience of introducing new products to the market based on new market trends
  • Highly motivated, self-driven approach along with a strong goal- and result-orientation; ambition and readiness to take ownership
  • Well-developed leadership competences supported by experience in managing diverse, both on-site and remote, teams; engaged in continuous team development initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels with an ability to align relevant agendas at the Group level
  • Strategic mindset and complex problem-solving skills
  • Personal and business maturity, strong integrity and ethics
  • Openness for business travelling
  • Readiness to relocate to and live in Germany
  • Fluent German and good level of English
