Managing Director (m/f/d) Germany

Main Responsibilities:

You lead and facilitate a large-scale service organization to expand its market position, create a strong brand experience and new opportunities that match the company’s growth and quality ambition, showcasing knowledge, innovational capabilities, and a positive contribution to the broader community.
You spearhead the business in Germany and are visible internally and externally while leading through changes, fostering a culture of collaboration and instilling a shared sense of purpose.
You are a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a good understanding of the market and its mid- and longterm direction to adopt the company’s vision and the way it can contribute accordingly.
Together with the organization, you will give substance to the mission and vision of the German Entity as a provider of great work at its clients.
Your leadership is inspiring and you establish effective communication channels to reach and engage with a wide-ranging employee base, ensuring that every team feels connected to the overarching goals.
You promote inclusive leadership practices to bridge geographical and cultural gaps, fostering unity and collaboration within a large and diverse workforce to create an environment in which everybody can do their best.
As the Managing Director you have fully P&L responsibility and ensure healthy financial management in order to achieve the objectives.

Some Requirements:

You offer proven experience in a general management role leading a service business with high workforce and know how to create, lead and further develop a truly passionate and empowered team.
You are a driver of continues improvement, know how to further develop a mission-driven company and possess strong listening skills to understand employee concerns and receive constructive feedback, contributing to a culture of open communication, always looking for a common interest and make connections.
You value the importance of corporate social responsibility, with a commitment to developing initiatives that contribute to the well-being of employees and the broader community.
Preferably you have knowledge of the German facility market with a clear vision of developments within this field, ideally accompanied by an established network in the community.
You have a master's degree, a diploma or adequate work experience, and you speak German and English fluently
