Head of Rewards & Performance (m|f|d)
Global Responsibility – Develop and Establish – Strategy and Operation
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deep dive analysis and due diligence of existing performance management, rewards practices and benchmarks
- Finalizing grading and developing a competitive remuneration and benefits strategy
- Definition and implementation of a future-oriented R&P strategy in line with the overall strategy for HR and organization
- Design and implementation of modern R&P systems (e.g. incentive / grading systems, salary structures)
- Participation and support in the implementation of the cultural guidelines and the associate transformation projects
- Participation in and encouragement of the implementation of strategic corporate goals in the HR context
- Implementation, control and optimization of all R&P core processes; standardization and digitalization of process flows in the R&P topic
- Global sparring partner, as business expert in all matters relating to R&P, providing advice to key stakeholders
- Design and handling of all topics relating to Executive Board remuneration and Supervisory Board issues
- Responsibility for the remuneration report
- Design, establish and lead annual performance review processes according to group strategy and compliance with defined processes
- Establish and manage a small team of reward analysts and compensation specialists
Requirements:
- Degree in law, economics or business administration with a focus on human resources or labor law or a comparable qualification, MBA certification or similar desirable
- 6+ years of professional experience in HR to include functional experience in C&B of international organizations (operational and strategic)
- Structured, entrepreneurial and analytical-strategic mindset with vision and innovation
- Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
- Mastery C&B technical skills (e.g. payline design, incentive design) and understanding of the legal, labor and economic environment of the assigned region
- In-depth knowledge of labor and collective agreement law as well as tax and social security law
- Project management and consulting skills in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong intercultural and social skills and a high level of empathy
- Strong communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in cultural change processes and transformational leadership is essential
- Business fluent in German and English
