The Swiss branch is responsible for the distribution, installation and maintenance of these innovative systems and therefore guarantees market-orientated support. This position works closely with the Managing Director Switzerland to ensure customer satisfaction and thus the achievement of budget targets. We are looking for a new Branch Director for the site in Western Switzerland as part of a succession plan due to an upcoming retirement.

Your tasks:

The Sales & Branch Manager position offers a dynamic responsibility for driving strategic market development, cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing effective sales management. This role involves leading a committed team of 7 direct and 10 indirect employees. Key responsibilities include proactive market and customer growth, the consistent application of company standards, and comprehensive financial oversight of sales and profitability, along with the tracking of payment goals.

The following tasks are also part of your area of responsibility:

    • Leading, supporting and developing the team
    • Collaboration with local management teams, management and external partners
    • Sales leadership
    • Overall responsibility for customer service
    • Business development through brand expansion with events, guest appearances and other sales-promoting measures

What you bring along:

For the position of Branch & Sales Director, we are looking for a person with more than five years of management experience and knowledge of the parking market. A business-orientated degree is desirable. Technical affinity and experience with modern hardware and software architectures are advantageous. The person should ideally have basic business knowledge, including budgeting and KPI management.

The following qualifications are also desirable:

    • Knowledge of ICT, data networks and electronic payment systems
    • Customer orientation and experience in customer relationship management
    • Languages: Fluent in French and English and knowledge of German, especially for internal use, is desirable
    • Personal skills: organisational skills, personal responsibility, creativity, goal orientation and performance orientation
