We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our clients HR initiatives across the DACH region. This pivotal role involves strategic collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to support business growth and ensure competitiveness through skilled workforce management.


Human Resources Director DACH (f/m/d)
South of Germany / Office – Home-Office (3 : 2)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with local General Managers and report to the Global HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with    business objectives.
  • HR Management: Oversee the implementation of the Group's HR policy within the DACH branches, ensuring compliance with both global  standards and local requirements in personnel administration, re-cruitment, payroll, and pension schemes.
  • Organizational Development: Support operational staff by evaluating team performance and recommending development measures. 
  • Plan and implement training programs as part of talent management efforts.
  • Employee Relations: Manage work councils and foster positive social dialogue and relationships with union representatives to maintain a 
  • constructive working environment.
  • Policy Adaptation: Customize Group-level HR policies to fit local commitments while maintaining an objective perspective on subsidiary
  • operations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and propose HR processes/programs that align store strategies with Group policies.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Ensure timely monthly reporting to the Group, prepare annual HR budgets, and forecast HR cost planning.
  • Project Management: Lead national and international HR projects to drive organizational excellence.


The ideal candidate (m/f/d) for this vacant position has the following back-ground/experience/qualifications.

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration, ideally with major in Human Resources, or in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of global HR experience, preferably within the Pharma/Dermo-Cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in HR strategy development, change management, em-ployee relations, and learning & development.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Adept at using standard software applications including MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms like ADP or Workday.
