Our client, Infinigate, is a leading Value Added Distributor (VAD) of Cyber security solutions in Europe. Infinigate offers state-of-the-art security solutions through its European partner network (VARs, integrators, consulting companies etc.) to secure and protect Data, Clients, Servers, Networks and the Cloud. Headquartered in Switzerland the company has operations in 55 countries with 1,250 employees. The position will be preferably based in Switzerland (Risch-Rotkreuz), but Germany (Hamburg or Munich) would also be possible.

Head of Tax Management (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
The Head of Tax Management, working together with the VP Finance Europe and CFO will be accountable for the tax compliance and tax accounting work of various international subsidiaries within Europe. In addition, the position will take responsibility over the Group’s Country-by-country reporting and forthcoming BEPS Pillar 2 implementation and the following:
- Continuously assess tax risks and inform the senior finance management team on any material changes in the risk landscape (together with CFO)
- Ensure tax compliance through overseeing the preparation and reviewing direct and indirect tax returns and ensuring timely and accurate registrations and submissions in all relevant jurisdictions with support from local tax advisors
- Develop the existing and future tax set-up, including existing intercompany frameworks and transfer pricing policies, in accordance with international tax developments
- Work closely with the accounting and procurement teams to ensure that the tax strategy is well understood and implemented in the ERP and all core processes
- Produce tax documentation (including transfer price documentation) relevant for the Group and coordinate with tax advisors and authorities
- Support the Group and our international subsidiaries in all tax accounting questions, internal and external tax reporting with support from local tax advisors
- Ownership of the Group tax share point for filing of important group and subsidiary tax documentation
- Prepare Country by Country Reporting and Masterfile assisted by external tax advisors.
- Support local Entitles with the preparation of the local files for Country-by-Country Reporting
- Actively coordinate the impact of BEPS Pillar II on the Group and support the development and implementation of a Pillar II reporting tool
- Work together with tax advisors on different acquisition projects
- Oversee all inquiries and audits for income tax and VAT
Requirements:
- Tax qualified (“Steuerberater”) with at least 6 years' experience of working within the tax environment
- Previous experience in practice, working for a reputable accounting and tax firm, or experience of working in house in a corporate environment
- Strong tax accounting skills, and be up to date with latest tax accounting standards
- Familiar with current trends in taxation, for example the BEPS agenda
- Ability to work independently and to motivate yourself and manage your own time and work to deadlines
- Fluent in German and English
